- Gemini
- ChatGPT
- Grok
When you submit a voice recording, SayUp may send the necessary user-submitted content to the AI model provider selected or used within the app. The AI provider processes the submitted content and returns a generated response.
SayUp’s backend server acts as an intermediary between you and the AI provider. We use this backend processing flow to deliver the requested AI response, manage service performance, and apply safety filtering before returning results to you.
We only share information with AI providers as necessary to provide the requested AI functionality. We do not intentionally share your payment credentials or full account login credentials with AI providers.

To support a safer user experience, SayUp may apply safety filtering to both user-submitted content and AI-generated responses. This may include blocking NSFW, abusive, or inappropriate requests or results.
SayUp also provides a report button in the AI conversation flow. If you report a message or interaction, we may review the reported content, related conversation context, timestamp, account identifier, and relevant technical information to investigate the issue and improve safety.
Although we use safety measures, AI-generated content may sometimes be inaccurate, unexpected, or incomplete. Users should not rely on AI responses as professional, legal, medical, financial, or other expert advice.
